Our Mandate

C.H.A.D Organization aspires towards liberty, prosperity, peace and progress of the Rural Poor.

Our operations are based strictly on the basis of internationally recognized and respected Humanitarian principles as stipulated in the ICRC Code of Conduct and other relevant statutes.

Guiding Principles

CHAD’s approach of working with the Vulnerable and marginalized Groups is founded and based on the following principles:

  • Accountability to the affected population, Partners and Donors
  • Diversity and Team Work Spirit
  • Do-no-harm
  • Timely and initial Involvement and participation of target population or beneficiaries during Project planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation
  • Efficient and Effective Delivery of identified and deserved Services to the needy.
  • We work with the neglected and marginalized underserved in hard to reach Areas in Rural Communities
  • Alignment of our Activities and operations with Government set plans and priorities within the context of South Sudan
  • Reaching Vulnerable Groups and Beneficiaries up to Areas/Places where other Humanitarian Partner Organizations or Actors do not reach.

CHAD believes in allaying and partnering with other Sisterly Non-Governmental Organizations in the Field irrespective of their being International or National in all aspects of our work. We as well conduct our operations with and not for the Beneficiaries and Government Institutions both at all levels. Meanwhile, our operational Plans are drawn and executed or implemented in alignment with Government set priorities.
