Our Strength
Our strength is that we are a committed Team of innovative and experience South Sudanese Youth of Professional and Educational background who share a common belief that creation of a positive change in Communities or in the Society is dependent upon building the capacities of Children, Youth, and Women and Men by taping their creativity, innovativeness, energies and passion for utilization.
We must take a collective and affirmative action to improve our lives and the living standard of others around us in this world. CHAD demonstrates its social and corporate responsibility through participation, leadership and collaborative actions by applying Community demand driven development (CDD) approach.
In South Sudan, Community’s centered needs and concerns; based on situational analysis is the key factor of our interventions and our operations are based on the principle of Do- No Harm, humanity, social equality and equity. We carry out our work irrespective of political affiliation, religion, tribe, race, gender, or creed in respect of Humanitarian Code of Conduct.
Sectorial Composition & Areas of Intervention
To improve the health and nutritional status of the communities of South Sudan through provision of essential health and nutrition care based on practical, scientifically sound and socially acceptable methods and technologies, made universally accessible, affordable and sustainable to individuals and families in the community, through their full participation and in a spirit of self-reliance and self-determination.
To work towards reducing through awareness the spread/transmission of HIV/AIDS in South Sudan most affected areas using the test and treat method and Prevention of Mother to Child Transmission (PMTCT) as well as other STDs.
To support the most underprivileged communities through provision of quality primary education, and the technical trainings of community members on skills that are of dire need; for example, mechanical and electrical handiwork.

To advocate for Gender equity, equality and women empowerment through involvement at all levels of the South Sudanese communities.
