Our Theory of Change
CHAD Theory of change (TC) is drawn and pertinent to the Social, Economic, and Political acceptability; reliability and feasibility based on approaches and principles such as the “Do No Harm, identification and use of the correct entry points to the Community, Compliance with Community Demand or issue driven development (CDDID) needs, Working with the most neglected and marginalized Groups of People in the hard to reach Areas and whose level of Vulnerability is above the threshold required by Mankind. We as well adhere and comply with the ICRC Code of Conduct (CC) for Humanitarian Workers and other relevant guiding principles, Laws and Legislation/s within the Humanitarian Arena.
CHAD Works and does its Plans and interventions in alignment and conformity with the Government set principles and Strategic direction as stipulated in the Government of the Republic of South Sudan 5 Years Strategy and Vision for 2040 and other Sectoral Strategies in the various Ministries.
The use of Participatory Techniques and Approaches such as PRA, RRA and etc. are key in all of our operations and it is on this basis that our intervention logic is drawn and practiced throughout our operations or work in the Republic of South Sudan.
